These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the ai999 platform, including the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services offered under the ai999 brand. The Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with any part of the ai999 service.

ai999 operates as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. By accessing ai999, you confirm that you understand English sufficiently to comprehend these Terms, the rules of games offered, and all communications from ai999.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the specific rule will prevail for that game or promotion only.

To register and maintain an ai999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Providing false information at any stage of registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance where fraud is confirmed.

ai999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identification card, passport, or equivalent — at any time and as a condition of processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension until such documents are received.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where ai999 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any open or settled bets placed across them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ai999 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ai999 support immediately at [email protected]. ai999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ai999 does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your ai999 account are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme and are held separately from ai999 operating funds on a best-effort basis.

ai999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ai999's discretion with reasonable notice to users.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ai999 does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a default anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed after your identity has been verified to ai999's satisfaction. ai999 targets processing withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days from the time of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status.

All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using accounts belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. ai999 reserves the right to reverse and return funds where third-party payment methods are identified.

ai999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any such withholding will be communicated to the account holder with a request for additional documentation where appropriate.

All bets placed on the ai999 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market, as published within the betting section of the platform. These general rules apply in addition to any sport-specific rules:

• A bet is confirmed only once the system has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been fully confirmed are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. ai999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed without notice due to technical issues, events on the field of play, or data feed interruptions. Bets placed before a suspension that have not been confirmed will be voided.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — ai999 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute, ai999's decision, made in good faith on the available official information, shall be final.

ai999 offers markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. The availability of specific markets is not guaranteed and may change based on the sporting calendar and ai999's operational decisions.

The ai999 casino section includes live dealer games, slots, and instant-win products provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Each game is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or share information in live dealer games.
• Any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ai999 platform, software, or security systems.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access your account or use your payment credentials on the platform.

ai999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable, or if it is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, ai999 encourages players to make use of the tools and resources available.

ai999 is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any third-party game content, live streams, or data feeds provided by game studios or data suppliers. Any disputes regarding the outcome of a third-party game should be raised with ai999 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider.

You may close your ai999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure requested by the player, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to identity verification.

ai999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The player fails to satisfy identity or age verification requirements.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is identified.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require ai999 to do so.

Where an account is closed by ai999 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ai999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, the balance will be returned net of any voided transactions.

ai999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ai999 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ai999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.
